个人简历:
徐铭泽,博士,讲师,主要从事半导体纳米材料的制备、物性及应用方面的研究,取得了一定的创新性研究成果。申请人一直从事半导体材料光电及环境污染处理性能研究,熟悉半导体的电子特性,能够采用半导体物理的基础知识对其光电性能及化学性能进行分析。提出采用钛酸盐纳米管的离子交换后晶格尺寸的改变,实现硝酸铀酰的吸附;首次提出采用生物黑曲霉菌种与钛酸盐纳米管复合,解决钛酸盐纳米管的团聚及难回收问题;首次提出采用廉价金属铝的紫外区表面等离子共振效应提高二氧化钛光催化性能;首次提出溶胶燃烧方法在较低温度下获得氧化锌基柔性透明导电薄膜。发表论文12篇,专利2项,主持省部级科研项目3项,校级科研项目2项,指导研究生获得国家奖学金1人次。
